This mat is perfect for everyone who stands for a long period of time while cooking in the kitchen. I bought the mat that measures 6 feet in length to ensure that I have secure and comfortable footing while cooking. It does move a little bit though and is very easy to wipe clean, I am very satisfied with the color black mat, highly recommended.
