It arrived broken in pieces.
The product packaging was not adequate for a fragile item. The shipping packaging was even less adequate. It's a lovely cup. I'm disappointed that it arrived in pieces.😕

Absolutely lovely
Bought one for myself and as a gift. I love it!. Very sturdy but dainty with the curved handles and little saucer. Works great for loose leaf tea with the ceramic basket included.
