Can you change the speed of the bike?

The bike goes as fast as you pedal it, It doesn't adjust speed without you using your feet. If you're asking if you can adjust the tension as in how hard it is to pedal yes you can It is magnetic adjustable which is much better than previous bikes I've owned that use bike brakes to make it harder to pedal.

I can't seem to roll the bike on the littlle wheels - it doesn't engage properly. Anybody have trouble with this?

Only the front has wheels. Stand in front of the bike, pull down on the handle bars so the rear of the stand lifts off the floor, and steer the bike on the front wheels. I hope this helps.

One of the leads for the electronic monitor on mine was cut. Can I get a replacement? It arrived this way.

picture shows width to be 26.77" from front to back. I must have done something wrong, because mine is much wider How do I adjust this?

I'm thinking that your adjustments front to back can be changed. But if the adjustments are good for you, and comfortable for your reach and handlebars are at the correct distance I wouldn't worry about it being a bit longer than the manufacture's numbers. I believe that the measurements are for the bike at a standing position. But the adjustments are for different heights. I am 5'4", my son is 6'3", we both use the bike, but have to do an adjustment at the handlebars. Not a big deal, but it's a comfort issue. Good luck, hope this info helped.
