THANKS FOR AN EXCELLENT product that doesn’t make me look or feel older than I am!!I am only 50 and about to have my 2nd, maybe 3rd back surgery and NEVER expected to be using a walker or any type of assisted device.Photos simply don’t do it justice as it is not only quality but has a lot of compartments for all of my belongings which can be closed with the zipper along with the very nice insulated compartment so I can take an ice pack if necessary or anything else, frozen foods etc. which would be great when I’m shopping .... can’t wait to use it !!One great feature is the place to put my keys and a card slot which are separate but also Hidden/private so they are not reachable by someone wanting to get something they shouldn’t. Outside mesh pockets for water bottle along with two other pockets, easily accessible. The front has a zippered pocket Which will fit about a 4 x 6 maybe a little larger notepad and a pen And the pocket immediately behind it is actually stronge enough to hold my iPad with just about 3 inches showing . (Just to give you an idea of the size)I don’t suppose that I have ever written a review this fast after receiving the product but I am quite pleased and hope this will encourage others when considering this item. The only thing I would like to see would be additional colors for myself something like teal, hot pink., etc. because I’m an artist.I was not compensated in anyway for this review I simply love Amazon and the products they sell.UPDATE FEBRUARY 22, 2019.... Just wanted to tell anyone still considering this that it is still holding up, had my 2nd back surgery and still using it!!

I purchased the pouch because I started taking college courses and I couldn’t carry all my stuff and push the walker. I gave the bag a neutral rating because, although the thought was there, the bag falls short in a number of ways:1. The buckles that hold the bag to the walker are constantly slipping down the nylon webbing so the adjustment is frequently on the longest setting. This puts additional pressure on the bottom Velcro attachments (more on this in Item #3).2. The installation directions are confusing. If I read them correctly, then the buckles must be undone every time I use the bag, in order to secure the opposite side of the bag. Otherwise the bag falls open. This process is cumbersome. I purchased additional Velcro strips and attached them to the top bar for easier access. See attached pictures. This design needs to be tweaked a little.3. The Velcro straps on the bottom of the bag are meant to accommodate different walker sizes. However, the straps are about 2 inches too short and they are constantly coming undone. Perhaps another adjustable buckle system would work better in this location.4. The flat pocket will hold papers but it will not hold a 2-pocket folder and papers inside the Velcro portion. Therefore, the papers are not protected from rain or wind.5. The thermal pouch is a good idea. However, the insulated area is a flat pouch that runs the entire length of the bag. Anything that goes into this pocket will be smashed, or the zipper doesn’t zip up. It would be better if the insulated pouch would’ve have been a small square (3½” x 3½” or 4” x 4”) in one of the corners. That way it would keep a can of pop or sandwich cold without being smashed.6. Perhaps a bag with a gusseted side would be able to accommodate a wider range of objects. Such as medicine/prescription bottles. Or possibly a pocket for medicines would be better.7. It would be nice to have additional pen/pencil holders on the inside of the bag.8. A Cell Phone Pocket on the outside of the bag.9. And maybe a location to securely keep a wallet/card cards/medical card inside a zippered pocket.I do really like the beverage holder on the outside of the bag. Keeps the condensation away from any papers that I may have in the bag. All-in-all, this is a decent bag and I use it daily. It could be a little bit better with some minor modifications.

This is an amazing product. My mom is having knee surgery and has to have a walker during both of her surgeries. She's also supposed to take a gel pack with her too. This is PERFECT with the cooler. She can put her gel pack in it while she is with the doctor and keep it cool. If she needs cold water she can put it in there. There's plenty of room for magazines, phones, water bottles, it's like a purse for everything you need. When I told my mom I was buying this, at first she thought it was some lame product and thought it'd be this big bulky and horrid looking thing. When it came and I showed it to her, she actually got excited about it! (yes people, you read that right). She's very pleased with it and happy about all the compartments it has and how it's going to make her moving around and being able to carry in like the newspaper from the living room or the mail etc, so much easier. If you know someone with a walker, I HIGHLY suggest this.

This bag gives me the ability to carry things and not depend on others as much. There are tabs at the bottom to hold it also. (I didn't read the instructions and it was swinging around for a bit). Customer service is also wonderful. They replaced my bag and checked in on me after I explained an issue I had. Nothing was wrong with the bag! I got nauseous and threw up in it (holds liquids well lol), hubs tossed it, and CS had pity on me and sent me a replacement. I was so sad to have lost some independence when the bag was gone. CS even told me they are always there for me if I need help. They went above and beyond.

This arrived very quickly and I quickly realized this is a great bag and makes my life easier. I chose this to replace one from a different company that served it's purpose but began to fall apart. I wanted to try this because I like the size, pattern, and the cooler pocket is a bonus. I also like that the primary straps are adjustable and are closed with clips, not Velcro. Secondary straps on bottom are Velcro but that’s ok for me. Pockets are deep enough so that items don’t fall out and items are within easy reach. The water bottle holder is the best I’ve found in these types of bags and easily holds my 32 oz water bottle with it’s own sleeve. It appears to be well made and sturdy. One negative I found is the zipper to cooling compartment was difficult to use and would catch on the cooler lining. Directions that came were easy to follow; however, I made adjustments that suit me and work out well for me. Instead of attaching straps to my rollator rest bar, I attached to sides. I prefer bag to rest on seat because it makes it easier for me to get to items and I feel that if I put in something heavy, it adds extra support. I also reversed how to attach. My adjustments were easy to make. I am very pleased with this purchase.
