Easy to install including replacement of existing other old brand which is true in my case. Easy operation and aesthetic are positive. Durability is to be seen in the long term.

I bought two of these, in one the angled neck/nipple pieces was not sufficient to adjust for the spacing used by the plumber. New parts needed to be purchased. It is worth checking with the plumber if the distance between the points is appropriate for this product. One of the base flange cups was also defective and needed to be replaced. My plumber thinks he would have got a better product locally.

My advice: don't buy from ALTON! Quality is very low. There was an ooze as soon as it was installed, but I overlooked it. After some time it became a leak and in no time it became a fountain. I called a plumber and he showed me there was a huge crack on the inside taht was making its way out. I called Amazon for the warranty, because they say there is a seven-year warranty, they addressed me to the seller, aka ALTON. I contacted them by phone exactly 32 days ago. They told me I should send them a video on WhatsApp. I did so immediately. They took a week to respond that they will change the defective part, they just asked for my address. I sent them my address and sat down waiting. Until like 1o days later , when there was no sound from them. So I contacted them again. They didn't pick up. I sent a message they said they will call me. They did give me a missed call two days later. I called back, they didn't pick up. I tried several times and two days ago I managed to talk to them. They asked for the invoice, which I downloaded from my order here and sent it to them. They replied it wasn't issued by Alton, but from Amazon, so they will not fulfill the Warranty. DO NOT BUY FROM ALTON! LOW QUALITY! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT! NO WARRANTY! Or BUY IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Works as described. Standard size. Fitted easily into existing pipe connection. Shiny, chrome finish. No leakage issues until now. Gives audio click signal while switching between shower, neutral, & tap modes. Got it fixed using associated installation service.
