Metal Machines Construction Destruction Track Set Playset with Mini Racing Cars by ZURU Cars Play Set Compatible with Other Brands

I just wanted a booster to extend our hot wheels sets, and you absolutely can't go wrong with this for the price. Any comparable hot wheels set would be $40-$60 and I've read a lot of complaints about the boosters eating batteries and losing power really quickly. We've had two D batteries in this for more than two months and it hasn't started to lose power at all with pretty frequent use. Sure, the claw piece that's pictured is made out of cardboard and not plastic but the thing is only $15 so can't really complain about that when everything else works great. It's super easy to use with hot wheels sets which is the main reason I bought this and the set itself is pretty cool when used alone. Our son continues to love this!

The track is very flimsy compared to the hotwheel one. The motorize booster works but it isn't as strong but it's a lot cheaper than hotwheel version. They shipped it in a tiny box so the longer track is bent. But overall my son is loving it and that's all that matter.

My kids love to build their own HW tracks and with the booster of this track they can make any track they want.since they can accelerate mdiway. the cars are great and we combine all pieces with HW.. and the price is great. 100% recommend

I bought this on a whim because my son loves getting toys in the mail and it was a lightning deal. I am so glad I did! He plays with it every day now and gets so excited. I didn’t even read that it was motorized (thankfully I had batteries!) but it makes it so much cooler. Thank you for keeping my 2 year old occupied 🥲

I have purchased 2 of these tracks. Like the track a lot and my grandson loves to see how many cars we can get on the track at once. The major reason this is such an excellent deal is the booster. Hotwheels booster with one or two small track sections is now around $65. So for around $16 you get a booster, multiple track sections, a loop, 2 90 degree turns, 3 pillars to raise track with stands, and a jump. I think that’s a really great deal at this price point. Especially if your house looking for booster alone.

I took off 2 stars because the chompers/ crane is cardboard which was not mentioned at all on the product description and details. The package it came in did not match the package in the picture. And some of the items were packed weirdly in the box which led to a crumbled up toy flyer and a warped cardboard chomper. Full Review: I opened up what I thought was the outside Amazon package to find that it is the actual toy box. It does have the name metal machines on it but obviously you can't see inside. It came with everything it said it would (almost all plastic), I didn't set it up because it's a Christmas present but it looks to be in good condition. The paper/flyer it came with is crumbled up and the cardboard chomper piece is warped. I think it's because of how it was put into the box and I hope I can flatten the chompers with something heavy at least. One blue track had to be curled/bent to fit into the box, but I think/hope it is for the loop and is meant to be curled/bent. Overall: I am disappointed with the cardboard piece, and think it should be mentioned in the description at least, but happy enough with the rest to still use it for a present.

It's definitely low quality parts. However, it's the cheapest way to obtain a booster and a loop and round track parts for hotwheels. It's too narrow for longer cars like batman, but it works fine with the cars it comes with as well as some very low hotwheels cars. I bought two of the sets and have them interconnected so it does the jump and loop then goes around the corner and does it again with the boosters set up right before the jump. Most cars that can do the track usually do about 3-5 takes before they eventually crash somewhere. I thought about buying more just to have boosters for longer track. If you are looking to extend this dollar tree's website has an amazing pack of straights for fairly cheap. I bought a box of those too but havne't fully used them all yet. One nice thing about this set is it does interconnect with official hot wheels track parts perfectly, which I cannot say about walmart branded action force stuff (wish that worked as seamlessly, but it doesn't since it's not standard joints that connect to hotwheels)

The track was very easy to setup, my 6 year old could set it up in his own. So fun for him to play with. Keeps him entertained for an extended period of time.
