Really helpful
We have found these so helpful with our 10 year old, bedtimes have become stress free.My son has even said how much he is enjoying school life now due to having a better nights sleep.Can highly recommend these.

Might be worth a try for some just not for us
It helped my daughter fall asleep, however it did not help improve her overall rest during the night. She was on a magnesium gummy in the morning (did not give more than recommended daily dose). I don’t think I would recommend unfortunately.

Doesn’t work
Gave this to my 7 year old and doesn’t help in the slightest she doesn’t fall asleep till 11 at night so waste of money
