The tool works very well. You do need to be careful with the cutter part of it but otherwise works good

This tool has been very useful for us in running ethernet lines throughout our home. We ran cable in our last house without the "pass through" RJ45 connectors, and it was a lot of work, including having to redo a bunch. This time we bought the pass through connectors & this tool. Wow, much faster!On a side note: Another thing that made our project better this time, also, was getting wall mounting brackets. Works as it's suppose to.

The pass-through RJ45 connectors work so much better than the traditional ones because you can be confident about the order of the wires. This tool makes them easy to deploy

Very good buy. Other tools sale for twice what I paid for the VINET tool. I have used this tool for two days straight and never had a bad connection. Very good tool and easy to work with.

The crimper does not have the wiring diagram on the side as shown in the advertisement; one of the reasons I ought this one. When looking to strip Cat5e, the blade doesn’t reach the sheath. Cat6 is a little thick. It does crimp and cut wires off the pass-through connector ok, so it is useable. Give it 3 stars.

I bought this crimper instead of others specifically because the photo listed shows that there’s a diagram to reference for both T568 A and B near the crimper, however the one I received does not have that diagram which was advertised in the product photo online. The crimper works well, however I would have bought another brand if I knew I would be getting the one without the diagram. I’m giving two stars because of the false advertising.
