This is a cute book filled with fun gift ideas, although I think I might also enjoy making some of these for myself. The introduction provided a nice overview of different types of jars and some suggestions for decorations and tools you might want to have on hand. Then the author describes projects in five categories: Kitchen, Bath and Body, For the Home, Party and Kids, and For and From the Garden. The book concludes with an index providing links to each project in alphabetical order.I haven’t tried any of the recipes or other projects yet, but they seem well written and well illustrated, so I think they’ll be easy to complete. I was really pleased with the diversity of projects. Not all of them appealed to me as written, but many of them did, and already this book has inspired me to come up with a gift project of my own.Whether you’re just looking for a little inspiration, or you want specific recipes to follow, this book should be a fun and helpful way to create your own gifts in jars.

The pictures were colorful and clear. Suggestions and ideas were presented with simplicity and clarity.

I really liked the pictures and how to instructions, it fails in not having the printable (copable tags to add to your jars)

Thrilled with this book! Surpassed my expectations! Not only are there endless ideas for gifts in jars literally, but actual usable information that goes beyond just filling jars! Amazed at all the ideas this author actually teaches you! Very resourceful in quality giving that is much more endearing than store bought manufacturing. Exciting, fun and thoughtful gift giving!

Good book. I got it instead of one I was looking for but couldn't find that had pull out pages you could tie to your gift bottles.

I really like this book. The recipes are simple and the ingredients are basic.

This book is so fun and creative! We especially love the ideas for succulent gardens in jars and homemade syrups stored in jars for our hot drinks. We will treasure this book for years to come.

Would not of bought it if I had realised it would have American ingredients and quantities. I know it is not hard to convert cups into grams ect but find it a bit annoying. Also some of the ingredients are hard to come by with their American roots. The book has got some good sections but to be honest I would not of bought it if I could of flicked through it in a book shop. £9 is too much
