Toro 91-2258 V-Belt 35" x 3/8"

This was used to replace my original belt from 2006. The old one looked good, I thought the belt was stretched, as to why it didn't self-propel. It was something else, but at least it has a new belt on it.

My belt went out on my Toro Pace mower. Checked the model number to Toro's website...IT WAS INCORRECT! After buying one in a box store (that would fit, according to Toro's website) it was too small.Had to do some online, aftermarket research before I found the right size. None of the local stores had them in stock so I found this one on Amazon.Fits like a glove. 4-stars for easy to install as you better find a video if you're unfamiliar.

We Own a Toro Personal Pace 22'' Recycler with the rear Traction Drive ( Rear Wheel Drive ) with the Rear Bag & Mulching Attachment. I've bought the wrong Belt twice for this mower. Once it was my fault but the other time it was listed wrong. So be careful. Our mower shows manufacturer date of ''Jan 2015'' because I've been asked that by local dealers.I was going through belts at least once a mowing season. With our mower, it turned out to be the Blade being bad. Because it was worn, I guess it was creating extra vibration which would cause the belt to come loose. It only takes maybe 1 mow to ruin the belt once it starts slipping. I adjusted the linkage as far as I could and would still get a slight squeal so it's ''New Belt Time''.This time I ordered 2 Belts. No one carries my belt locally, so it is up to me to have parts on hand.Since the Tuneup Kit is only like $20-$25, I'll have one on hand, along with a New Blade.

I cannot tell quality without running it for years. But it fit.It was hard to install. Amazon asked. But this is toro's fault. Nothing to do with the belt.

Product was pictured and described a Toro brand belt, but what was delivered was a belt by A & I Products. I have nothing against A & I as have several belts by them for other equipment. Very deceptive advertising to offer one brand and ship another. Disappointing.
