I bought for my mother. So far has done it’s job pretty good. Good buy

My wife loves the colour. Assembly is straight forward despite a poor instruction manual. I worked out the steering arms (with brake handles) were pressed down inside the frame for packing purposes. Once raised, the "button" should pop out and click into the first slot. I struggled to raise the arms and scratched my head for ages. By accident, I noticed both brake cables had wrapped themselves around locknuts and the foot rest side clip. I freed them up and both arms rose easily. Start-to-finish assembly took about 30 minutes. But then again, I'm not known for my mechanical genius.It looks good value for the money. Time will tell. I must say the folding is brilliant. For unfolding make sure you push the seat down firmly until you hear some clicks. Then it's locked and safe for the passenger. Love the way the footrests fold backwithout protruding.I've tested far worse for more money in shops.

This is such a great product for the price, I use it all the time and get lots of compliments and people wanting one for themselves. I feel more confident leaving my house now knowing I can stop and sit if I need a break.

On the whole a good product. Light to use. Swivel wheels. Good size seat.2 issues I have so only gave 4 stars. When footplates pushed into sides and clipped in to place the foot rests fall and stick out. Cannot get the brake handles to push down to lock the wheels to stop it moving. Have increased to 5 stars as now able to get brakes to work. Customer service was fast only slight delay due to a weekend but straight on it on the monday and helpful.

Not good on cobbles at all

Easy assemble no tools needed. Arrived promptly. Great service.

Having being using walking sticks this is much better safety wise .Would not be without it..

Chair was delivered three days ago, easy to assemble, had no instructions, only fault I can find with it was no locking brakes, maybe it isn't supposed to have locking brakes, I expected brakes to lock like my previous rollator.
