Nicely made, dodgy switches.
I bought these to send out to Ukraine to support refugees in areas where the power is out, so it was important that they worked.Overall they were really nicely made and an absolute bargain at £1.23 each! Having read some of the one star reviews I checked whether the torches were working, 16 out of 18 were fine. The other 2 needed to be switched on and off multiple times to work and even then were flickery. As I had no time to return them, I repaired them instead. This is what I did:1. Unscew the switch end cap from the torch body2. Push against the rubber cover over the switch using your fingers or thumb only. Don't use tools or you may pierce the rubber.3. Bend the long metal tab to release the switch from the plastic disc.4. Separate the two halves of the switch body using a small jeweller's screwdriver or similar.5. Remove the two metal tabs from the switch.6. Examine the metal tabs and find that they are formed to bend down very slightly beyond the locating hole inside the switch. This raises the tab just enough to make contact when the switch is closed. Using small long nosed pliers or tweezers bend both the edges of both the tabs to improve the contact. This is a really tiny additional bend, if you bend them too much the switch may stay on continuously or not switch properly when operated.7. Reassemble the switch and check for unimpeded operation. Confirm continuity with a multimeter if you have one.8. Once switch function is satisfactory, reassemble the switch on to the plastic disc refit it to the switch end cap remembering to insert the rubber cover first if it came out.9. Your torch should now work properly. If you are going to fix these yourselves take photos or video of it to ensure you know how to reassemble it. Bear in mind that doing this repair will void your warranty and mean you can't get a refund. Do this at your own risk and don't blame me!I would not normally repair faulty items received and I think the seller should take responsibility. One final note, the batteries supplied fitted to mine were zinc chloride, not alkaline as some buyers have found.Update: A second pack bought in April 2022 all worked.

Great value!
I wanted a couple of spare torches and also needed some AAA batteries. Then I spotted this with 54 batteries and 18 torches! Fantastic value! The torches are great colours - hubby has stolen the black and grey ones and I have the lovely bright ones I'm more likely to be able to find in the bottom of my hand-bag. Spare ones are in drawer for later (or maybe stocking fillers) and I've snaffled batteries for other appliances.V bright torches, little straps so you can hang in random sheds, garages etc. where you suddenly need extra light.

Great value!
Great value for the price. I bought this multi pack as my son loves torches but also had been breaking them non stop and costing me a fortune on batteries leaving them on. A few months after buying these he's still on the first torch and batteries! The light is low now but it was a bit bright at first for his use but once the batteries ran down a bit it was a bit softer. Also everyone in the house seems to have found their own use for these little torches!

Good solid torches
I bought these torches for filling Christmas crackers. Really impressed with the quality, brightness and range of colours.IMPORTANT NOTE: The batteries are already installed! I panicked, thinking I had to buy and wait for batteries (the photo makes you think they cone separately), but I unscrewed one to discover that you simply remove a piece of card to make the battery connect. I just hope my customers discover this and don’t think they’re duds!

Brilliant bulk pack includes batteries.
One thing to remember these have a small plastic disc in the bottom of the torch take this out to get the torch to light up. Can't remember how many colours they come in. But bought for my carers who work very early morning and late at night so it's dark. Saves them using their phone torches. About 4 inches long with small finger sized lanyard. Very bright button on back of torch click on/off.
