Great bong but the pipe came slightly broken so sent it back.

I was so excited to get this but the piece that the screen has to go in came shattered. And when I opened the bubble wrap bits of glass went everywhere. I've requested it be returned. But I plan to reorder the same one again.

Arrived broken. I have submitted photographs of the damage as requested and have heard nothing more about being given a refund.

Seems like a lot of people are receiving this item as broken. Since I did not have this issue instead I got a perfectly working product and it arrived early as a bonus :)

downstem wasnt wrapped and broke on both ends. the actual bong looks nice but i cant use it
