Exquisite light taste with a lovely barely bitter after taste in my throat, was totally surprised and enjoyed very much. So much so, I've already bought another bottle. Well worth the price with bonus high polyphenol count. Beautiful mouth feel and lovely after taste that makes it almost addictive! Yes from me! 2nd bottle in a month just arrived. Thanks!

Delicious tasting olive oil. I drink an ounce every morning. Highly recommend.

This is a wonderful olive oil. Understand that it is bitter and peppery. I am so pleased with it, I have put it on subscription.

I liked this oil a lot. Used it as my morning shot, but it is SO peppery and spicy that towards the end of the bottle I was dreading my morning shot.

This oil is really delicious! I use it for both vegetables and meats, as well as on bread. And I am impressed with the quality - my most recent bottle of this single origin, Italian EVOO lists 1,444 mg/Kg total polyphenols and 0.14% acidity.
