Works very well!
Totally worked! If your screen turns on and you can see everything accept for video this is the solution. Its kind if a pain at first but after doing this job six times you get quick. You should use a drill (its faster) and will need a Phillips head bit, a hex bit, a size 7 and 10 socket and that is all. You can use a pry tool as well but you can grab all the panels with your finger pretty easily. PLEASE NOTE. THE RIBBON FACES BLUE SIDE UP. SILVER SIDE DOWN. Good luck!!

Yes!
Our DVD player in our town and country 15 went out ;( my children 11, 9 and 1 1/2 love having a DVD player. Especially with rode trip. We bought the van in June and it had worked till then. So one day it just went on and off on and off and then bam nothing. For a week we didn’t have it and the 1 1/2 year old didn’t like that ;( so went to Chrysler they wanted $1500 to fix it. Yeahhh, I’m not spending $1500 for a DVD player. Anyway my husband went on a search and read over and over so many reviews and found that amazon sold this! He put it in and the DVD player came back on. Best $30 I spent in my LIFE!

Save $1000+ with this part!!!
Way better than paying your Mopar dealer $1000+ to fix your DVD player! After reading many forums online about how to fix a down screen in my Chrysler Town & Country, I bit the bullet and purchased this ribbon cable. Dismantling the console in the van can be a bit tricky, but YouTube is great for learning! After replacing the ribbon cable and about an hour of my time, my DVD player is back up and running and my kids are much happier on car rides! Definitely worth the money vs overpaying the dealer for the same services!!

Too long
This ribbon cable was too long for my 2013 Grand Caravan DVD player. The original was 26 cm, this one is 30 cm. There doesn’t appear to be enough extra space in the encasement to accommodate the extra slack without crimping the cable, so I will need to return it. On a side note, my player does not play blu ray discs, but it does require the 68 pin cable, which Is normal for an HD Blu-ray player, I believe.

Works for 2014 Chrysler T&C
I think the ribbon is a little longer than the stock cable but it works. 2 days in a car with a 1 and 4 yr old and no DVD player was testing. The peace has been restored.
