When extended you turn the pad upside-down as it slides underneath. It fits really well and moves smoothly

Q: The massage works when plugged in but not when unplugged the leaflet With it says to charge the chair up, suggesting it doesn’t need to be connected?

It has to be powered but you can run it from a phone charger battery as I do because it’s USB😀

Q: How do you stop the chair tilting forwards ?
