Smells great and makes skin smooth

Only the foam cleanser survived, the lid were loose or in the rose plumper both lids off. No product left in either container! No cool!

The cream is dried out the cap was lose on the cream and the facial oil

The package is lovely and two products look good, but the facial is completely dry and unusable. I have checked Korres website and it looks that it is meant to be a liquid cream, not a wax that it is. Now I am worried to use the other two, in case they are out of the date. I have no choice but to ask for a refund.
