Was very easy to install it to my tap. They provide all Details to help installing the product. I can see clear difference in water quality. My Apartment has very hard borewell water and this producthelped soften it. Don't expect for changes in hardness or TDS . However, there is a clear difference my hair fall has reduced for sure and skin is more conditioned. Curious to see how long the alkara water conditioner will last.

There is nothing but a simple magnet inside. Magnet is not strong enough also.Useless waste of money.Nothing special, no Special technologyDo not waste so much money.I have disassembled the pipe and taken pictures.

We installed our unit one week back and have been pleasantly surprised at its effectiveness. I was a skeptic since I have been involved in water treatment operations most of my life and thought a chemical based water softener was the only solution. I'm sure your results will vary, but it is working well on our Bore water. It is working well keeping our Tap and dishes from getting Limescale on everything. We don't have to use the expensive chemical based softener any longer.

I had bad water in Hyderabad and wanted a portable solution to improve the quality rather using water softeners that are expensive. I have found this product after doing some research. So far after few weeks of usage, it did work and made water clear thats good enough for bathing. It did not make any difference in TDS which I already know as they claimed so, but I was satisfied totally compared to the price and other products. I recommend this one if you want a portable way to improve water quality for bath purpose.

It's completely waste of money.I installed it to tap pipe but water is still hard no lather no softness.Raised customer service request .No use .Pathetic customer support..Don't waste money ...Buy some good resin based softner

Almost seems too good, We moved into a new house find that the municipal water is very hard. Calcium deposits on the dishes, sink and tap fixtures. But the worst part is what it does to your utensils. My family was fed up with white layers on the plates. I did a ton of research and we don’t have the space for a typical water softener system. So I bought the Alkara water conditioner on Amazon and installed it on the incoming water supply of tap. The directions were very straight forward and the whole process was almost too easy.
