Facilities Manager's Desk Reference, 3rd Edition

This was a selected course book for an FM class I teach, about 30% of the information is EU/UK specific and not relevant to the US. I would not advise purchase by US based FMs.

Great reference text for the modern Facility Manager and/or Facility Manager in training. Will recommend.

A detailed, very good overview of all Facilities Management related topics. Can be read from front to back, or only specific sections. Very happy with this purchase!

I’m preparing for a second interview for a Security and Soft Services Manager position and this book is immensely helpful! I looked at several options and settled on this book - I’m so glad I did! Very helpful and provides fantastic industry-specific knowledge and insights into management. ‘Chapter 34 - Customer and Stakeholder Relations’ should be mandatory reading for any manager dealing with clients!

Great text for FM's who need a quick 'go to' guide

I am starting an apprenticeship in Facilities management, and this is truly the best resource I have for my learning. It is so well written and is so easily digest the information, I highly recommend this book. It is so much more than a desk reference, it is a bible!
