This is my 2nd box set I read and I'm falling in love with them! These authors are very talented and each story I read makes we want more. Great job authors and can't wait for more to come. Serenity was brave because despite her situation....I love my mom but ain't no way I would've stayed there and took that abuse. I would've been put them out and let her figure it out on her own since she didn't want to do better. Cam was wrong stringing her along that long and at the end it cause him his marriage. Woody and Versace deserve everything that happened to them. Sace shouldn't have stooped that low but just man up and moved on. Kenyon was exactly what Milaini needed. Blaze should've known that it was maybe not to catch feelings especially when he had a crush on her. But at the end he did the right thing and hope he learned his lesson..

Book one was great I was really rooting for Cam and Serenity despite the situation. I was hoping he would have finally told her the truth. I wasn't really feeling who she ended up with because part of me still wanted her and Cam. Book Two I enjoyed I can't believe how far jealousy made Versace go. I wanted more passion between Kenyon and Milani. Book three another favorite it was bittersweet for me because I thought it might end up differently between Makiah and Tristan but that contract and terms of repayment you got to read about lol. Yes this last story really didn't have a happy ending but it was real.

Overall this was 3 good stories about dope boys and their side chicks. I had to give it 4 stars because there were some grammar errors in the last story. They all did a good job but story 2 with Kenyon & Milani really had me going through emotions. I can not believe the way Woody was treating Versace, eventhough she was the worst friend ever. I truly felt sorry for Milani and was upset that Versace took the coward way out...& still ruined the day for Milani! To me these dope boys took the easy way or went with what they felt like they were suppose to do instead of bossing up and being with who they wanted. Serenity was really naive and I believe Cam took advantage of that for his own selfish reasons. I was rooting for Serenity and glad with her ending. I also was rooting for Tristian at the very beginning and couldnt believe the things he did. He seemed like such a good guy. India was definitely blinded by love because she was not thinking logically with her plan. And Brittany was the wrong person to have along for help because she was acting just like the guys! These stories will definitely have you talking to the characters after some of their actions...smh. I recommend this as a good read that will keep you engaged, ready to see how everything turns out.

All 3 of these books were packed with nothing but DRAMA.STORY 1:Serenity & Cam met in an unconventional way. I didn't feel the meeting at the park was realistic especially her leaving her girl and she being dragged off in a park full of people. Serenity put herself through unnecessary stress with her mom in the beginning. For some reason I liked Cam and knew he was going to make things right, but she ended up with who she needed. The use of "yawl" drove me crazy. "Y'all" should have been used instead.Story 2:This story was ok. I hate Woody and Versace from the start of the story. I don't understand why the good friend is always so blind. I could tell immediately shi Versace was with. Again not really realistic to me.Story 3:I felt like this story had too much going on. It felt all over the. It had entirely too much going on. India knew that man was gone hate her after her stunt.Overall, the stories were ok. They felt rushed and unrealistic to me.

Serenity and Cam should have been honest from the get go with Serenity. He saw something he liked but should have given her a choice to fool with him or not. Serenity was the all-around package and Cam couldn't let that slip away. Her brothers and sister accepted her with open arms even though she didn't come around often. Kairo thought he was doing the right thing by staying with Lynn because she had Kayla but in the end seeing thats not where he wanted to be. Serenity mom wild out by the way she was treating her and then she allowed her new husband and son to verbally abuse her as well. When Serenity found Tiffany coming on to Cam babe she should have drug her on out that door but she let him know he should have told her and she would have handled it. Kane knew where his brother heart lied and he wanted the best for both of them and get back together. Now Lynn was just ugh and was looking for a way out to do her ish. Hazel..babe she was on one. She didn't want to see what was in front of her. She kept saying that they needed to see a specialist but never initiated the appt to see what was going on. Then he got Serenity pregnant then she wanted to clock his movements and how long he was gone and etc. She should have been doing that long time ago being concerned and caring.. In the end the heart wants what the heart wants. Cam and Serenity was able to co-parent for CJ along with Lynn and Kairo for Kayla. Her mom got herself together found someone for her and got her life back on track.Kenyon and MilanWoody was wrong on so many levels. Using Milan then her BF Versace jealous because she wanted what Milan had and for her to continue to feed him info knowing she doesn't want to be with him. He couldn't accept the face that he couldn't have his cake and ice cream too thats why he couldn't see Milan happy with Ken. He tried to move heaven and earth to get his point across like he's the man but he was surely brought back down to his level after Zeus caught word of what happened. After all was said and done Ken proved to her that she can be loved and showed her that on different occasions and professed his love for her. Ole Woody thought he had one upon Zeus at the party to try and put him in his place..babe..NOT..LOL...Zeus let it be known who his woman was didn't nann person had a right to question cause he didn't put her in the spot light. He went out like a straight sucka..lolTristan and MakiahTristan should have manned up and told Makiah what was up before she signed the contract letting her know he was married. She asked a valid question what if feelings get involved and he brushed that comment to the side. She only asked for the loan to help her parents. Brianna was there for him through thick and then and all she asked for was loyalty the same thing Tristan asked of Makiah. India and Brittany are whoa especially India. She did the fool exposing Cortez but he was so wrong cheating on Tiny when he asked her to marry him and she was carrying his kid. In the end Cortez was exposed and she still didn't get what she set out to do was to get the man

This was a very good book set I loved cam at Frist but then he lelt a nasty taste in my mouth and I was ready to kill him how he gone not tell her he was married ugh I loved Ren tho and I was happy she found her way back to her first love.. book 2 was good too I new right from the start that Versace was jealous and was sleeping with Woody she was stupid tho cuz he was using her for information on Milani. Milani to me was a lil naïve lol. Tristian was so young when he had to kill his father and that eat away at him and then he had to be the man and take care of his mom. Him and Makiah belonged together and I hated that Indian was letting Cortez play her in the beginning

All the stories are good but the last story is unfinished . The last story is incomplete. Really started to get good. All the characters drama need to have an ending. Did Tristan really stay with his wife, is Malhkia really done with Tristan. Did Cortez and Tiny stay together did she go into early labor, did India turn into a psycho. Like I said there needs to be a better ending to the last story.

Cam shouldn't have left Serenity in the dark about Hazel. Hazel was doing too much. I'm glad Serenity got out of that situation and got with Kairo. I'm glad Cam left Hazel alone because she wasn't going to ever trust him not accept his son. Woody and Versace was wrong for betraying Milani. They lucky she didn't do anything worse than what she did. I'm glad Milani found someone like Kenyon. They are great together. Cortez was wrong for stringing India along knowing he didn't want her. Tristian shouldn't have got involved with Makiah knowing he was married. Is it really over for Cortez and India? Will Tristian and Brianna work on their marriage? Or will Tristian find his way back to Makiah? I think this book need a second part. I really enjoyed reading this boxset.
