I'm not 100% sure if it's suppose to be damaged. But mine is and it was meant to be a Christmas gift for my oldest nephew. But there's dents on it and the one side is caved in. I can honestly I'm not too pleased!

My first one came with a scratch across the middle. I submitted my request for a return and requested a replacement. The replacement came quickly but, it too, had a scratch across the top. I don't feel like going through the hassle of returning again and don't feel it's likely I'd get one without a blemish.

When wanting to save all the letters your son/bf/husband writes this is the best thing. It is metal and will keep all your letters protected for you. I am glad I found this. Now I can keep mine for years to come.

This metal box was perfect for holding my son’s letters from Boot Camp. It was exactly what I was looking for. The small lock is not very heavy duty or secure (I don’t even use that) but the metal box itself is exactly what I wanted!

This was purchased as a gift for someone. They liked the "Old Glory" colors. It was a little bigger than was expected but is not a very sturdy box. It was a little flimsier than the old fashioned metal lunchbox's Nice value for what it is.
