The media could not be loaded. Appearance & design: Compact and decent looking. Bought the pink color which is cheaper by 100 bucks over the purple one.Functionality: Has a 50ml stainless steel cup inside where the water boils, so no burning plastic smell unlike other cheaper products. Takes about 2 mins for the steam to start, flow is low to medium compared to cheaper products, but is sufficient when you place your face/nose touching the transparent masks. You can use the switch to control steam flow.Material: The transparent face and nose masks are quite soft, comfortable and good quality.

Good Product and easy to use.
I could do with a little more cable length :) but overall the product is very decent. Useful and quick to fill. Doesnt last more than 10 mins though, but who needs more steam than that. Also, good for steaming with face pack :). Used it both during illness and beauty and seems to work for both the cases.

This product is not useful for senior citizens.. It has caused severe burns to my mother. I would be happy if amazon is kind enough to accept return & refund the amount.
