I have used this in cornmeal, crackers, and bread and am thrilled with the results. Fantastic bargain too. I highly recommend it.

I did not try this product but from the smell and the looks of it it appears to be a great quality and I’m sure I will be happy with it when I do finally use it

It's not as THICK as the Caribbean Yellow corn meal, but it tastes GREAT!!! I recommend this!!(I'll be buying 2 more soon!)

I like it. The "arepas" are very easy to prepare and the flavor is good.

Delicious savory GF waffles.1 cup Aldi GF pancake mix1 cup PAN GF pre-cooked corn meal(This cornmeal is precooked making it blend into recipes better, and easier to digest, usually used to make arepas)1 large egg2 cups milk (almond) plus 1 cup water.2 cups chopped kale1/2 finely chopped onion1 tsp Cajun seasoning (just spicey enough)2 tsp garlic powderMix it well and spoon into waffle maker.They get a nice crispy outside and soft inside.Good with soup or a bowl of beans.

Just the best way to make Panamanian tortillas without all the hard work and trouble of preparing. Super easy to make and makes a lot of masa.

急遽タコスパーティを開催したくなり、衝動的に購入。タコパをするなら深夜にと喜び勇んで段ボール箱から取り出すと想像以上に大きい袋にためらいを覚えつつ、水を加えつつ10分ほどこねれば立派なタコスに。味はトウモロコシ由来の風味豊かにしっとりとした様子で、メキシコの熱い気候だとこのくらいがちゃうもいいのかな、なんて思った。また購入したいと思わせる一品でした。
