This item offers a generous pouch design for excellent support and comfort, without pressure or pinching. The size medium fits my 34 inch waist perfectly. Suitable to wear all day long. I absolutely love the funky colour, very unique. The photos I've uploaded elsewhere are very complimentary! Just not for this review. I can highly recommend this product.

The Jockstrap is high quality and very supportive. I switched to using a jockstrap when I work out and especially for running. I find that I get a better fit with a jockstrap compared to sport briefs or compression shorts. The jockstrap lets everything breathe and is by far more comfortable without a bunch of fabric absorbing moisture. The jockstrap also offers the best support and relieves any pain in the groin when running. I would highly recommend using a jockstrap for the gym or running. I would never switch back now.
