Recipes
Great book that show different recipes , that are in the different categories. Everything is put in portion to a single serving which I love.

Haven't Used This Diet
I have not really used this book much but still wanted to review to get this off my list. I will hopefully use this book in the summer and coming up vacations. I have learnt to control portions and stop eating after 8 or 9 pm

Sorely Lacking
This book isn’t worth the price. While the recipes seem just okay, they lack serving amounts. For example, does the recipe serve 1 person or 4 people? The directions are amateurish, and although the paper quality is good, a few well-placed photos would have made this book slightly more palatable.

Just okay
I'd rate it higher if it had some decent color photos.

The recipes are tasty and fairly simple. I don't think they were properly vetted as many are missing instructions. Example, a recipe called for stir frying 1 pound of pork for 2 minutes, then adding some vegetables, but there was no instruction to cut them into bite sized pieces. It is hard to imagine stir frying a whole red bell pepper!

bof
bof bof. je m'attendais à mieux. les recettes ne sont pas d'une grande facilité et le livre en soi ne donne pas très envie de le poursuivre. ni de le feuilleter. mauvais achat pour moi.

hence a desperate search for something that would help buck me up and help dispel the 'blues' (and I do love food) This book did
I was surprised at how effective and tasty the recipes from this book are. I've always been fit and energetic but at 64 was slowing down, and winter spent mostly at work in an indoor office had made me feel tired and off colour, hence a desperate search for something that would help buck me up and help dispel the 'blues' (and I do love food) This book did it, tasty food, easy to prepare on getting back from the ate shifts especially; easy to pack options to take for lunch at work and while I feel full enough, I don't feel bloated. overfull or lethargic after meals. Can be a bit difficult to source all ingredients in the UK when not living in a city, or even a large town (I live on the coast near Dover but it's impossible to buy seaweed?!? it's not British I guess, although I'v done a 'pick your own' on Folkestone beach - then someone told me it's illegal to take things from the beach?) Anyway food's great and I'm feeling much brighter, and have the bonus of losing some weight. Thanks, great book.
