You can even carry it on a bus. When you get to where you're going, just gently pull both ends open, untwist and snap back into shape. That' it! And because it's made of thick plastic and weighs about 1.2lbs. it's pretty easy to keep up on your waist, and it makes for a great workout equipment that you can take everywhere you go!
