Very Small
I ordered this decal expecting for it to at least be the size in the picture but that's not the case. This decal is extremely small about 3/4 a ruler size. If you're not looking for a larger decal something that will barely be seen, this is definitely what you need. Arrived quick tho I have to say. The size reflects the price.

Mounts on the OUTSIDE of your window
It looks good. I knew it was small when I ordered it. There was only one "surprise:" it mounts on the OUTSIDE of the window. I placed it at the top of my Jeep Wrangler windshield. Unfortunately, a couple of the letters are in the path of my wiper blades, so I'll have to see how long it lasts.
