This pill organizer is quite large but can hold lots of pills. I like the easy way it opens by pushing on the tab instead of using your fingernails to pry open the lids. The only thing I had trouble with is to make sure I used the a.m and p.m slots correctly. To help with that, I put a little dab of nail polish on all the a.m tabs. Worked perfectly. No mixing up now. This is a nice sturdy pill box and I recommend it over those ones you can buy in the grocery stores
