So, the only thing I did not like about this product is the fact that there was not a pre drilled hole for the pairing, similar to the small hole at the front for the charging light indicator. The bottom part of the case proved to impossible to take off once it's on. DO NOT try pulling the cover off using the lid of the charging case,... you will damage and/or break it. The top part of the case cover will come off if you play with it gently but if you do have to remove the bottom like I had to with zero damage to the both the case and cover, my suggestion is using a popsicle stick, cut off the rounded tip at 1 end, fold up half a piece of paper towel twice and then put the folded paper towel over the charging port at the bottom of the charger. Pick up and hold the charger with one hand and with the other hand, take your popsicle stick and with the square end, find that "sweet spot", not directly covering the charge slot but instead, twisting the popsicle stick on an angle where there is no way of damaging the charge slot. It will take a bit but slowly start applying force to slide the case out of the cover. It worked for me with without damaging the case and cover, I paired the EarPods to my phone and put the case back on....that simple.The case itself is well built and looks great. It also takes a charge on the Mophie 3 in 1 charger with the case on.
