I had never even heard of aerial yoga silks before (I don't even do yoga regularly, although I have taken a few classes in the past), but it showed up in an ad after I bought a hammock for the summer. I decided to try it out because I had canceled my gym membership during the COVID pandemic. I love this thing! I have had to google some videos to see how to use it and I don't do anything fancy on it, but it really helps me to stretch. I was having some neck problems due to extended hours at the computer, and this was part of a host of activities that helped me get rid of that pain. I get on it Saturday mornings for about 20 minutes and just that minimal amount of time has really helped me! I highly recommend this if you want assistance stretching or maybe want to add something different to your normal yoga routine.

I have been looking into aerial yoga for quite some time. There is no where around me that offers aerial yoga classes so I spent a lot of time doing research on different yoga trapezes and silks and where to hang these props. I settled on this one because of the price and decent reviews. I have to say that climbing into this yoga silk was my first time ever climbing into a yoga hammock and I absolutely love it! I cannot wait to continue my aerial yoga journey.It does come with a guide of how to knot it, but I found it easier to just look up a youtube video by the same company as more of a visual how-to.In regards to stretch, it definitely did stretch out after a couple of uses but from what I researched this is normal and I didn't feel like it was a huge stretch.
