Chefspark Outdoor Two Tank Fryer, 2 Baskets & Stainless Steel Oil Tank

I ordered this fried for our summer fundraiser. Sadly, I was unable to test it when we received it but it sure looked great when assembled. Come the day of the event after being started the heat wouldn't come up even when turned on high. We left it alone to see if it would even heat.the oil when only 5 minutes later flames were pouring through the vent holes near the valves and the whole thing went up in flames. We managed to get the tank turned off before something bad happened. I was hoping to send it back but I discovered that the time to do it was up. I hope you learn from my mistakes. Don't buy one of these fryers and if you do test it right away.

Found in a wind it became a little difficult to keep temp constant. Needed to make some additional side screens to keep temp correct.

Initially When assembled, it was looking great and was very easy to assemble. Used multiple times and found one common thing that oil is not getting warmer, taking too much time to fry and the stuff is also absorbing oil. Tried in low wind environment but faced same sort of result, will try to use less stuff for frying in future (However I was expecting that it will work perfectly even on full capacity of basket). Burner efficiency should be improved in my opinion.

Lids were dented. It was a gift mailed directly to new home owners. Won't do this again.

this doesn't temperature regulate and it's too hot and everything burns outside and is undercooked inside or out takes forever to cook. Great for small parties, but nothing where you're feeding 50 or more

Could not hold any type of temperature and basically burned the oil even when turned all the way down
