Tiny plastic caps cover the ceramic outputs. Careful, don't lose.

Why is it coloured aqua? Surely if it’s OM4 it should be purple?

Don't know why colour is aqua, but is bi-directional and 10Gbs

Can the ends be unclipped and swapped over?. We have some installations where we need to swap rx and tx on one end?

No, the ends on these are fixed / sealed and cannot be swapped around. You may need to look for someone who'll custom make a patch lead to your spec for this requirement.
