Advocare MNS C dietary supplement,TRIM, 14 daily strip packs

This stuff is my saving grace. It does everything it is supposed to do - it gives me tons of energy (seriously, I don't drink coffee anymore) and curbs my appetite. On days I don't take this product, I am noticeably hungry and sleepy - the difference is night and day. I've lost 12 pounds so far - but this product is in addition to a clean diet and a consistent workout routine. This is no miracle product, you have to work for it but I would not have been able to workout as hard as I do or eat as clean as I do without this product. I will scream it from the rooftops - this is the best option to get you to your goals.

I jumped on the Advocare bandwagon, starting with the replacement shakes. I tried a few of the MNS pills to see if they really work. I liked the Max C the best. These aren't magic pills but they do hold beneficial vitamins and minerals plus the thermogenics to aid in your exercise and diet program. You only get a seven day supply and for around $40, it's not something I would take regularly. But i would recommend this product for someone who wants a temporary added boost to their diet and workout routine.

I placed an order on Sunday evening and within several hours after placing my order I was contacted by my credit card company about concerns that my card had been stolen as purchases were being made on it. Well come to find out someone was purchasing things on my credit card in another state and it wasn't me. So I will be very mindful in the future of using websites like this based on the experience I just had. I hadn't used that card in a long time so the fraudulent purchases had to be related to this purchase. Just want to give others a heads up and to be careful.

I didn't expect this to work, but I definitely feel different on the days when I take this as recommended. I have been able to stick to a fairly strict diet and only eat when I'm hungry (which is sometimes a challenge). Different from other products, I don't have any difficulty sleeping either. I will definitely continue taking this along with AdvoCare ThermoPlus.

The supplements are already separated and broken down by time frame so no guess work as to which to take next and when. And No jittery feelings with this either!!!! But the failure on this was on my part! I just kept forgetting to take them correctly or not at all :( But i will try this again with more dedication on my part!

Excellent product. Feels very natural in my system and "quietly" keeps my hunger at bay. It feels very natural to just say "no" to a second helping, etc. Also, my daily stamina is amazing. I've been taking MNS Max C for three months and am just plain able to work hard every day without tiring as easily as I used to. Is expensive, but worth it to me for all the other things I don't have to buy; vitamins, massages, energy drinks, more food, lol, etc. Works great. Also used MNS E for several months. I like "C" better simply because of the added appetite control.

I started out just over a month ago with the MNS Max3 and switched to this one 2 weeks ago and this one is far better! I have lost 9 lbs in a month with this product. The MaxC seems to really keep the hunger control in check. I use the Spark with this 1 to 2 times a day and the catalyst and I would highly recommend this along with the Spark to anyone looking to lose some weight.

We've been working with these products for months and to be honest, I'm not sure if they really do anything significant to provide energy or appetite suppression. I know that they provide some necessary nutrition, but for the price, I'll visit my local health food store.
