The product came broken didn’t work at all and is missing pieces tried to get a exchange but says it’s not refundable wanted a new working one but won’t let me 50 dollars down the drain very disappointed with Amazon Prime and only giving 1 star because it won’t let me give zero stars

As another reviewer reported the medicine cup cannot be removed. You press the button and the cup doesn't release. We even tried to do it with two people, one using both hands to press the button and the other trying to remove the cup (both straight up as instructed and to the side as it was put in place).Update: To anyone who is attempting to remove the medicine cup, do NOT follow the instructions. Pressing the button lowers a detent and the cup can be removed (with difficulty) by pushing the cup in the opposite direction of installation.Defective and reported to Amazon (got a refund).

I am a chronic asthmatic. I can suddenly become short of breath without notice when exposed to irritants . This lil machine is so compact that I can carry it in my bag and use in a moments notice when needed.It is noiseless and emits adequate vapor for inhalation of my meds.I would recommend this product for other users.

Let's face it: YOU HAVE TO BREATHE TO LIVE. Having severe asthma means inhalers, meds and a nebulizer. Old school nebulizers are so loud that my whole house would wake up when I'd use it late at night. THIS nebulizer, however, is so quiet that I can use it at night without waking anyone. The sound level is imperceptible. It's incredibly effective with asthma, it's so small, lightweight and portable, that it take it on the road with me. There is a USB port-compatable plug, as well as a pod for 2 AA batteries. Battery life is short with this unit, so I only use plug. Still, this remains one of the best purchases I've ever made. Recommend 100%.
