SWEET DOLPHIN Baby Wearable Blanket

It's pretty crazy I bought a bunch of sleepers for $40 a piece and he kept spitting up so I felt I should buy a cheap one for back up... Turns out this $13 sleeper is by far better quality and baby loves it more then the $40 sleepers 😅 just my luck

First of all let me just say this. This sleepsack is long but if your baby is like mine, constantly rolling around and night time, legs in the air, legs and arms flailing around then I love that she still has room to do all this still in this sleep sack. My baby is 7 months old, is 28 inches long and 20lbs so I bought the large. Maybe could have done with a medium but she would have needed the next size up anyway.I didn't buy this to use as a follow on for a swaddle, if you’re wanting a follow on for a swaddle for a much younger baby, chose a different sleep sack because it’s probably smaller and your baby will be better contained, but for a much older baby, 6month+ I think this is a good sleep sack to keep warm instead of blankets.My reason for purchasing this is because Florida had an unusual cold spell out of nowhere and I had to use a blanket for 2 nights because it gets so cold in our house and I was nervous to use a blanket, but I needed to keep my baby warm so I placed this on a rush delivery so she can sleep in this instead. Delivery was right on time too!It’s not a teddy bear plush material (if that makes sense) it’s more of a fleecy blanket type material. Regardless of this, it’s still soft. It’s not a scratchy material or anything like that. I like the double zipper it seems quite sturdy so far.I also like that it’s no sleeve, I was considering getting one with sleeves but my baby will grow out of it so the idea of my baby wearing long sleeve thin pjs underneath is better.If you’re somewhere freezing then go for a higher tog sleep sack, if you’re somewhere where the nights get cool this is good for your baby.Overall, good item for a very very good price. Soo much leg room, it will last you a while - it’s frustrating to keep needing to replace soo many baby items as they grow, I feel this isn’t one of them, your baby will grow with it. Keeps my baby safe and warm and cozy.The only reason for my 4 star is that it’s not what I call “plush” it should be called “fleece” but I’m being really picky with that.

Love the feel of it. Seems lightweight enough for Texas but heavy enough for my 6 month old who needs a good blanket to sleep ( which isn't safe). But wow the sizing is interesting lol. My 6 month old wears 12-18 months. I used the sizing chart which said he fits this size for 2 out of 3 categories. He is 26.5 inches long ( in the heigh range) and well over 18 lbs but less than 22 lbs( says for 22-28 lbs). But figured he could use it longer. This thing is HUGE! 🤣 Tried it on my almost 5 year old and it almost fits lol. Size down lol

If you are debating getting this product, buy it. There are tons of similar products out there for over twice the price of this one that are thinner and don’t cover as much of a size range as this one does. It’s fleece, it’s cozy, it’s soft, and my son loves it. It helps him sleep at night when the temperature drops and it’s just enough weight to help him get to sleep faster. I am very satisfied with my purchase and will be buying the next size up for him when he gets to that point.

I couldn’t be happier with this wearable blanket. My baby has never liked his arms in a traditional swaddle and I spent forever looking for a wearable blanket that wasn’t $30. This is absolutely perfect. It’s lightweight fleece so we have used it this summer and it will still be warm enough to use in the winter! It is big enough to last 0-6 months and it was small enough to fit him early on. I plan on purchasing every size of these and plan on purchasing one as a gift. It has a double zipper and my baby LOVES it. Washes great no issues. For 1/4 of the price of name brands I’m so glad I purchased this.
