WTB Ranger 2.8 27.5" TCS Tough Fast Roll Tire (W010-0654)

Ordered this to replace my stock rear Bontrager after it suffered a sidewall cut. Seems much thicker and sturdier. Hooks up reasonably well on the crushed stone trails common to NW Arkansas. Does very well on the more groomed and packed soil trails. Has held up great since I installed it in around February or March (currently July '20).

WTB makes great wheels and tires. Remember of your bike came with Rangers makesure they have the tubeless label. Mine did not so I grabbed these to replace them. Decent price for highly rated tires.

Fast rolling tire, good sidewall protection....Impossible to get Maxxis Icons, this is another alternative

Durable long lasting tire that seats fast. i am 6'3" and 235 lbs with pack. i like a tire with strong sidewalls. I also have to run even 2.8 wide tires at 25 - 28 psi. This is my 2nd tire of this model and will buy it again

Just like my last. Tubeless installation went OK. Like the tread pattern. Quality good.

These tires last a good while and can take a beating. This was perfect for my Cujo mountain bike!

Lasted less than 400 miles. Poor grip on most of the dirt and loose rock I rode it on. Did not hold tubless well on a WTB rim no less. Not impressed. Replaced it with a Maxxiss Reckon and will never go back.

Great tire for bikepacking but wear is significant. Already replacing the rear after one season.
