Just got it and I can already tell It’s really a great device!! Nice looking, really quiet, and it’s really sensitive to air quality as when We’re cooking the indicator will change colour. And It’s reassuring that the device itself as well as the filters are made in South Korea! The customer service is really good as well their response was really quick when I asked them questions. The only con I can think of is it’s a big expensive but I think it’s worth it :)

It cleans the air quietly and doesn't do anything ridiculous or annoying like some do.

It’s very sensitive to dust- you can set sensitivity level yourself and purifier gets triggered straight away with small dust leves and indicator turns red which I really like. Another feature I like is the evaporating humidifier integrated in this air purifier which works differently from sonic humidiers and that was the reason I purchased it. Its also saved me money from purchasing separate humidifier as I needed both-purifier and humidifier. Beautiful design. Looks lovely. The lights go off totally if you press the sleep button. There’s an ambient light at the bottom when display lights are switched off and purifier is working on “Silent” mode, which leaves my room looking romantic in the evenings. Quiet at night apart from the humidifier’s jug gargling silently from time to time. I slept very well both nights since purchasing it! My bedroom’s air is clean and fresh now. I really like it. It also removes cooking smells from the kitchen. One thing though, is an issue for me: the purifier doesn’t remove outside traffic road pollution smells including benzene smell and this is main reason I purchase this humidifier -to clean the air form outside polution because my house stands on busy traffic road and smells from cars constantly get in. I was surprised to smell road traffic nasty smell in my bedroom where the purifier was standing, when I came into my bedroom. And even in the whole blast, it could not remove that smell. I have another English-made air purifier 3 times cheaper than Hue and Healing and that purifier cleaned the air of this nasty smell within a minute. So it’s a little disappointing that Hue ad Healing purifier doesn’t remove outside traffic smells and thats is why 4 Stars only.

This arrived a days after the order was placed and we have been using it every day since, as I wanted to get a good understanding of its capabilities and effects.The unit was in a box within a box, a little overkill but it was very securely packed. I was a little taken aback by the size of the unit as I unpacked it – it seemed at least two times the size of the one we had a few years back, but there are good reasons for that which we will get to later. Reading through the instructions, it was clear that there was a lot of additional plastic wrapping on filters, over catches and basically on anything that might move in transit. By following these excellent instructions it was easy to reassemble the unit correctly, I then filled the water container using a bath tap as it is much too long for the smaller en-suite sinks, and replaced it in the unit, checked the area for clearances from walls and any other electrical equipment as stated in the manual, and readied it for first use.After switching it on you come to realise that the unit is actually working well within its capabilities, the large chassis is able to maintain a very healthy airflow - far more than the previous unit, and not only that but it is whisper quiet in doing so, regardless of the setting – normal, silent., sleep, or turbo modes, it it barely noticeable when performing its job. What is noticeable however is that the air becomes very much cleaner when breathing it, and the humidifier is definitely adding a little moisture to the air. One huge benefit of this is that it seems to have toned down my snoring to manageable levels – my wife is ecstatic as she’s had over two weeks of relatively peaceful nights of sleep – it is not a cure you understand, but the moisturised air seems to lubricate my nose/throat to some degree. I do like the way the system checks the status of the air and gives it a colour code, which changes as the unit purifies the air – we started at an unhealthy red, and gradually the colours softened and changed to a radiant blue. The ability to put the unit into sleep mode for 8 hours and allow it to gradually dim the lights or just silent mode and switch off all of the lights manually are great features.All in all we are very impressed. The COWAY Hue & Healing 2-in-1 Air Purifier has been a game changer for us, especially in helping to keep down my snoring, but moreover providing a healthier environment in terms of air purity and tackling dryness. The only niggle I have with the unit at the moment is finding a reference to stockists of spare filters, this unit is going to be well used and they will have to be changed at some stage. If you are considering an air purifier/humidifier you should probably check this one out for features and capability. Recommended.

This is an excellent air purifier/ humidifier combo. It’s big but it’s light in weight with small grip handles on the side, so that it’s easy to move around the house. It’s quite sleek looking and has lights to indicate the air quality, as well as a light underneath which dims slowly when set to sleep mode, to help you drift off. It’s very quiet and easy to sleep alongside.The removable parts pop-in and out easily so there’s no need to tug about with it. The water tank is easy to fill and has a large capacity, but you’ll need a deeper sink to be able to fill it fully - upstairs we use the bath tap and downstairs we use the kitchen tap, to fill it so it’s not overly inconvenient.When the unit arrived it took a while to get it started as every layer was wrapped in plastic, which needs removing. I’m usually eager to get things going so I’m glad that I realised that the plastic was there before plugging it in. From unwrapping the layers, it gave me an appreciation of how much filtration is included.The plug on my unit arrived broken and needed to be replaced before I could use it (the pins were bent), I’m not sure whether this happened during delivery or beforehand. If this wasn’t a review item then I would have arranged a replacement rather than having changed the plug myself.I’m very pleased that I chose to review this unit and even with the damage to the plug, I’m very happy to recommend it.
