Thank you Syleia for caring about your customers and for trying to make things right.I recently bought a different brand of hair ties and chose to try a different brand this time around. There is a clear difference in the product. The sizing of the bands is all over the place. Typically, I wouldn't care about this because the knots slip and it is part of the nature of the product. What I did find to be a huge difference is the cut of the bands themselves. Many of the bands are frayed at the end and so not have a clean cut. I use the bands as a little extra for my customers. Disappointed in the quality

There was two (or more in some) of every design/color so I always have matching braids. I haven't noticed any dye-bleed but so far I've only worn the light or bright shades.I couldn't figure out what to do with them for storage so I got a cheap plastic pitcher and hooked the handle on my dresser drawer and poured all the ties into it.I do wish there was a match for the Syleia band, and that it was white/black. It's hard to see your brand name on your band but it's a nice bonus for use in a single ponytail, thank you!Most of these were tied at the same length, making them almost all the same size too. Haven't had any hair damage. They don't slide off the end of my braids but I do leave about 2 to 3" of hair unbraided below the elastic. They stay in even when I sleep with braids so I don't suffocate myself on my own hair.

Not as stretchy as some of the ones I currently have and love so they tend to not have great staying power. Pretty patterns, though. And thickness is just right.

I have bought many of these hair ties from a pricier company. These are not as good, but you get 100 of them. It doesn't matter if you have to twist them around one more time. It doesn't matter if it wrinkles--just toss it out. I was washing and ironing the other brand to make them; last longer. They all lose their stretch after awhile. These are inexpensive and cute. The printed ones have white on the inside but it covers well and the plain ones are the same color throughout. Most designs have two or more alike--I didn't actually count them!
