Fan was a perfect fit for my old Zotac 650ti
Just bought this fan after looking at a couple other alternatives that were sold through the same store. This fan looks just like the photo, has the same model number as the one I was replacing for my old Zotac 650ti card I use in a media center build. The fan looks new and is quiet. The only difference from the photo is the fan I received has a Zotac sticker on the top. If your getting the fan to replace it for the Zotac 650ti card (mini compact) that has only one fan it should work for you. The two prong power cord is a bit longer than the stock fan but should not be a problem.

A fun new way to kill your GPU
Instead of an aftermarket replacement fan I appear to have received one harvested from some recycled GPU. Not necessarily a problem for me except that they appear to have hacked off whatever plug it used to have and then simply twisted the bare wires together on the new (dirty, clearly used) plug. No attempt has been made to insulate the splices at all and there is no solder on the splices though bizarrely the insulation on both sides of the splice seems *burned*. If you installed this on your GPU as is the 12v hot wire would short on another part of the gpu and kill the thing and possibly your whole computer. DO NOT BUY.

Just what I needed
The installation process was a bit difficult. I couldn't get my old fan off my GPU. After a bit of struggle I was able to get the old fan out and install this one. Wasn't difficult to install and fits well. It's a bit quieter than told fan. If this is the part you need definitely get this one.

A few differences with original fan, but compatible
Fan is a compatible drop-in replacement for Zotac GTX 1650 single fan model video card for both GDDR5 and GDDR6 versions. There are a few minor differences: longer fan wire, hole spacing is maybe 0.5-1.0mm bigger so mounting screws may feel tighter than normal, hold-down fan clip is shorter, manufacturer sticker on the back is different, thicker zotac logo sticker on fan hub. But differences aside, it is compatible with no clearance issues and keeps GPU cool.
