Dash Carbon Fiber Performance Insoles – Add Ultra Firm Orthotic Arch Support to Soccer Cleats, Cycling Shoes and Running Shoes

I have worn custom orthotics for almost 20 years. I wore out 3 pairs. I had my orthotics recovered by 2 different podiatrists who did a horrible, unusable job. The 3rd podiatrist I saw put me in expensive compression socks and on expensive vitamins. Another had me start new exercises. After trying a lot of off-the-shelf orthotics and finding them to collapse of hurt my feet, I finally found these. The Dash orthotics were instantly comfortable and within 3 weeks, my heel spur stopped hurting. The insoles have exactly the correct thickness to add a little cushion and comfort while maintaining the correct geometric shape of the heel and arch support. I can feel gentle support under my arches. There are no hard or painful spots. The yellow cushions even exactly fit my Brooks Beast shoes. I couldn't be happier. Even though the orthotics slide quick and easily in and out of my shoes, I plan to buy one or two more pairs so I don't have to switch them between shoes and to give the yellow cushions a chance to dry and rebound between wearings.

I walk about 7-10 miles a day for work and have tried at least 5 different cheaper plastic arch support insoles. This insole is amazing...totally can not be flexed by my 220 pounds of weight when I'm walking. I also put in some of those heel shims that are made of a gushy silicone type of material that you can buy on amazon.

The insoles are very supportive and comfortable. However, I only tested them with a pair of New Balance 990v5 indoors for a few days and the Carbon Fiber Orthotic Arch Supports have already worn out. Not sure if mine is a bad copy or it is a known issue.

I bought these hoping the higher price would be a longer lasting arch support. I have owned these for about three months. The first month was great. Then they wore down and my feet are in pain again. I have very flat feet and have been looking for long term relief for decades. Still looking and I no longer use them. Now that they are worn down they actually hurt my feet.

These are so great for when I play tennis and pickleball. I have tried many other products and this one is ideal. I use this item with the Metatarsal Pad Kit from Tread lab together is it gives me the arch support I need (I'm extremely flat footed ) with the comfort to protect my foot from the extreme playing I do on the court.

Had a problem with first pair. contacted customer support they sent me new pair immediately. I wear them about 12hrs a day in my work boots they give me amazing support and feet feel great no more pain!!

After years of trying dozens of insoles and other contraptions to remedy my daily plantar fasciitis, the Tread Labs carbon fiber X-high insole turned out to be the one that finally solved my issues. Hallelujah!My only complaint (and it's minor) is that the edge of carbon fiber heel cup does start to wear through the softer insole material over time but that is of little consequence in the bigger picture here as I can buy replacements to Velcro back onto the carbon fiber piece.

I have very high arches and have tried other insoles that cost less however none of them ever seemed to be high enough. I am pregnant and still like to be active and workout however with the added weight of pregnancy my arches were hurting more and more even though I was wearing compression socks. I put these in my Nikes and use them when I work out and they feel AMAZING! I have recommended these to several people I know with high arches already. Another feature that I really like is that you can change out the padding from the form itself. The Velcro is very strong and holds the padding securely in place I have had no problems with it slipping.

Can’t believe I waited for these and paid so much only to receive a second hand one. Clearly cut out. Now I have to ups send it back! Complete waste of time and money.
