I recieved a partly assembled, with a broken wheel and missing bolts and screws piece of crap!
I received a used and partly assembled box of trash. Looked opened and repackaged. You have to download the instructions to assemble this thing. When doing so. No instructions can be found for this particular equipment. The only directions that was provided was for the cheaper version that came without the plate storage feature. The wheel was broken. It was missing bolts and screws that were significant to its assembly. By at your own risk. I already returned it!
