The cinnamon taste and smell afterwards is mild/pleasant and it doesn't burn your mouth. The measuring top is great because you don't pour into a lid and then replace the lid onto the bottle, instead you squeeze the bottle a bit and it dispenses into the top area to sip from. Way less messy! Review: Better than Lavoris at 1/3 the price! - I used Lavoris for years and hated they stopped making it. I have been paying over $10 a bottle on E Bay and saw this ACT cinnamon mouthwash last week and tried it. Iā€™m very happy to report it taste better than Lavoris and last just as long at 1/3 of the price! I really like the dose filling cup as well, less waste. I have been paying over $10 a bottle on E Bay and saw this ACT cinnamon mouthwash last week and tried it. Iā€™m very happy to report it taste better than Lavoris and last just as long at 1/3 of the price! I really like the dose filling cup as well, less waste. This is my new favorite mouthwash! šŸ‘šŸ‘šŸ‘šŸ‘šŸ‘ ### āāāāā Dentist Recommended & Significantly Reduced My Tooth Sensitivity! *by N***S on April 27, 2025* My dentist recommended ACT fluoride rinse as part of my home care routine for periodontal health, specifically mentioning its remineralizing benefits for teeth. Based on her advice, I decided to try this the mint flavor of this mouthwash. I've been using it consistently, twice a day, for over six months now. Honestly, the biggest change I've noticed is with my tooth sensitivity. Before using this, it felt like my entire mouth was sensitive ā€“ even just eating crunchy foods could be uncomfortable. It was pretty persistent. Now, after using ACT twice daily for over six months, that sensitivity is almost completely gone. Once in a while, something really cold might cause a brief twinge on a tooth or two, but it's a massive improvement compared to before. My dentist recommended it for remineralization, and based on this huge reduction in sensitivity, I'd say it's definitely helping. Beyond the effectiveness, it's very user-friendly. The mint flavor is pleasant and not harsh. The bottle design is fantastic, featuring an accurate dosing cup that dispenses the exact 10mL needed with a simple squeeze ā€“ no mess, no measuring needed. While the zero-alcohol aspect wasn't a deciding factor for me personally, it's nice that it doesn't have the burn some other mouthwashes do. Value-wise, buying the 4-pack makes the price per bottle incredibly reasonable, which is great for long-term use. My only minor points are things not directly related to the product's quality: having to buy four bottles at once means finding storage space, and like any fluoride rinse, you need to wait 30 minutes after use before eating or drinking. That's just standard procedure for fluoride to be effective, though. Overall, I highly recommend this ACT mouthwash. It delivers what my dentist suggested it would, has dramatically improved my comfort by reducing sensitivity, is easy to use, tastes good, and offers great value. It's become a staple in my routine. ## Frequently Bought Together - ACT Anticavity Zero Alcohol Fluoride Mouthwash 18 fl. oz.
