Does this come with a cleaning kit to clean the screen first?

It comes with all you need to put it on properly. I always clean the phone with a damp cloth and dishwasher soap first. Then I use the stuff that comes with the screen protector.

Do you still recommend this?

Yes I still recommend this it was so easy to fit on to the screen of the iPhone 13 . It was fitted on first attempt without any air bubbles . When ever I need another one I would definitely choose this type again but to be honest there is two screens protectors in the pack so even if it did start to lift off at a later date we still have a spare which is ideal

Is this compatible with the Mous 4.0 case for Iphone 13, please?

its case friendly but we have a spigen case as well as the screen protector. This screen protector fits in exactly the middle of the phone and is the best ones i've used. We buy 20-30 a year.

Do you need to take the bottom case off in order to install these screen protectors?

Yes as the protector is attached to the guide plate.
