Very Good!
Well written, comprehensive volume. This work covers the complexity of international finance in detail (as much as is possible), but is still very accessible to the average reader.

A welcome European outlook on financial and capital markets
Books on finance with an American perspective are quite easy to find here in Brazil, since most of such books are originally published in the USA and they are exported worldwide. Thus, publications reporting financial issues (including historical facts on finance) from the European Union are quite rare outside Europe, regardless of the current debate and even turmoil linked to the so-called “Brexit”. Thus, who is interested in global financial markets should be acquainted with approaches, history, and terminology from both the USA and Europe. The book from Valdez & Molyneux provides the latter. Moreover, the book gives also a glimpse on finance in the so-called emerging markets. Last but not least, the 8th paperback edition is nicely printed and, hence, agreeable to read.

Wonderful Book with outstanding content to understand in easy way the Financial Markets
I have read a lot of books about Global Financial Markets but none came just close to this one. It is up to date as in the last few years Central Banking Policy has changed dramatically and you are getting a lot out of this book. It helps me to understand more about the Economic in general. Would buy again! Great Content
