I saw a recipe that called for this press and bought it because it looked good and had a wooden rolling pin - Can’t wait to make the mini ravioli

Before the first use, it’s important to smooth out the rough edges inside each hole. Otherwise, they can tear the dough and ruin the dumplings. This is easy to fix with sandpaper — I personally used a manicure sanding attachment, and it worked perfectly. After that, the mold works well and makes the process much easier and faster

I bought this because it says it’s stainless steel. It is not. Unfortunately, I bought this piece of garbage three days before a review posted which correctly stated that it’s made of aluminum- and not food-safe aluminum, at that. This was hand-washed and hand-dried (no dishwasher, even though it says it’s dishwasher-safe). I kneaded my precious dough for thirty minutes, only to have it- and my hands and countertop- turn gray from the oxidized pelmenitsa. Had to throw everything out- the dough and the pelmenitsa. I kept my hands and my counters.

Did not come near by quality I did not like it waste of money

I used this mold and metal shavings were present in my dough. Avoid at all costs!

The height is so short that you can barely put any stuffing into the dumplings. It’s just too shallow to make decent dumplings.

After washing in dishwasher( before use) it became dirty! I can't use it
