Q: How many wands comes with this? How many toys? Is it 3?

one toy only,they pick, I bought 2 and they were the same(...personally, I (nor my cats) cared for this...the stick is too heavy. My cats like to grab the toy and RUN with the wand, so for me, this was too dangerous. I am sticking w "DA Bird"... they are lighter, and many companies make wands that you can buy in different sizes, with different toys as well. Hope this helps)

They ship whatever one the grab from a stack, you can't ask for a particular one. Better to go hunting in pet supply stores in person.

No - everything is inside, there is no pouch to take out the catnip. My cats love these toys
