I bought this cape for my sister who is a teacher. She wanted it to dress up for her students. Her and her students loved it.

Don't order from this seller. They are charging 1/2 of what it cost me in total to return the item. Part of being competitive is price (which this was a competitive price) but quality (which was not so much) and the ease of returning (terrible if you are charging for shipping fee).

This cape was perfect for my Month of the Military Child project. You can tell the cape is not of the highest quality, and the cuts along the sides aren’t straight, but you can’t go wrong for $7. The cape attaches with Velcro straps, which also are hit or miss. I ordered 2 of these so I could do one for me and one for a child. The one I used for a child was tighter around my neck than the other one, so the fit might be hit or miss. Ironing my htv on was easy, and I had no issues. I used Caregy brand.

I ordered this as part of a Halloween costume. The description said that it was for adults. When I got it, the velcro did not even come close to reaching around my neck. I don't have an unusually large neck, and I felt like this should have fit in the next. The length was just right and it was lightweight like I needed. I ended up removing the velcro and replacing it with double-folded bias tape that I stitched far enough beyond the edges of the cape that I could tie it into a bow to keep the cape on. If you're not ready to make some adjustments to make the cape work for you, you may want to consider a different one. If you're buying this for a child to wear, it will probably be OK.
