Let There Be LIGHT
I give this 4 star rating as to the fact that I am aware of my spirituality & have been from my early youth. This is a worth while form of meditation & should be practiced 2 x's daily. However personally I have found Reiki to be a more wholistic form of meditation. That is not to say that I did not find much light in Kelee meditation.

This simple meditation is life changing.
This book is a short introduction and description to learn how to practice Kelee Meditation. I have tried other types of meditation before Kelee, but they all felt like another coping skill. I'm writing this review because it has been 2 years since I started practicing Kelee Meditation ... and all I can say is I am so grateful. I began using this book and discovered there is an app. So, now I use the app twice a day and it walks me through the 5 minute meditation to experience "stillness of mind." With the abundance of pain in the world right now, I can honestly say I am able to detach and feel peace inside just by starting and ending my day with this meditation. I feel calmer and less bothered by what goes on around me during the day, and my goodness ... I can actually sleep now. This book and this meditation have changed my life and I would recommend it to everyone.

This book is basically an advertisement for the author's other books. It is very short with no detailed information about "The Practice". I think it would be safe to say you could skip this book altogether and go straight to "The Silent Miracle" which is much more informative.

Kelee Meditation: Simple Serenity
I have been practicing the Kelee meditation for a few years and have found it to be the most effective, efficient and user friendly form of meditation. I first came to meditation via the mindfulness route when looking for ways to deal with migraines. However, what I have found with the Kelee method is that it is the succinct form of meditation in which one learns to do the opposite of mindfulness, and not think. Rather relax into a state without thoughts for a shorter period of time, but consistently and the results are forthcoming as one's practice progresses. By utilizing the three P"s: practice, patience, and persistance I have experienced improvement with my migraines and beyond that a calmer, clearer perspective of life itself. Ten minutes twice a day is doable and sustainable while other more lengthy forms of mediation may be beneficial, they generally are not able to be maintained for the long haul and actually miss the point of getting out of one's head and thoughts entirely. Good, simple method
Good, straight forward and simple.But I am not sure if it is superior to any other form of meditation. I think if you are already committed to a certain meditation practice and it is working for you, this will be of little help.If you are new to meditation, this will be a great start.

Life upgrade
Kelee meditation is a simple , efficient and effective practice that over time will allow you to trouble shoot your own fears and insecurities and create a very free and untroubled mind . The technique is quite short and is easily incorporated into my busy day . Ron's writing style explaining the basic principles is to the point and allows constant self reflection . Check his other books for more detail on the practice . This technique initially gave me a time to stop and reflect in my hectic life and i noticed triggers of stress , like the traffic stopped bothering me . Over time it has been stress tested guiding me through divorce , bereavement , creating a calmer perspective at work [I work in an Intensive care unit] , a more patient parent , a better sleeper and it cleared up my mouth ulcers ! After trying many different techniques this is the one I would recommend to my family , friends and patients . Thanks , Lawrence , Sydney , Australia .

Good method, confusing instructions
Unfortunately I have to give this book 2,5 stars.Not because it is bad - it is short and to the point, and I believe the method is good.But the method itself is so badly and vaguely explained, with confusing diagrams, that it is REALLY difficult to know how to do the meditation, or if you are doing it properly.If the author explained this so clearly that there was no doubting as to how to perform the technique, I would give it 5 stars.

Deep and simple
I have been studying the Kelee via Meditation for over 6 years, with profound results. I came across it as an elite coach in 2006, with one of my athletes, who studies with Ron, introducing it to me. Like any great teacher, everything Ron teaches leads you inwardly, so you can see for yourself, not only what you are looking for, but what may be blocking you. His clarity on the subject of the mind and meditation means he doesn't waste any words in his books. I think there is enough confusion on the subject of the mind and spirituality and it's great to learn from someone that knows. If you want to learn about your mind and a simple meditation technique that works, this is a great way to start. I strongly recommend his other books too, which dive deeper into the subject of the mind, without ever compromising his clarity and simplicity. Matt:)

Misguided meditation
It is a hodgepodge of various meditation techniques,and definitely not worth the price I paid for it.
