Product has a horrible smell but I soaked it in warm water and vinegar before use. That worked wonders. The hair is gorgeous and very soft. My stylist installed and styled it easily. It matches my natural hair perfectly.

I rarely write hair reviews, but I had to share how pretty and soft this hair is. It did have a smell as mentioned in other reviews, but it's not unbearable and gets better if you let it air out after unboxing. I would definitely buy this hair again!

Hair came on time but it's not my favorite. I ordered the 16 inch and after wearing fir a week seams stiff even after flat ironing And also has a smell that washing does not get rid of will not buy again
