Excellent but Expensive
Quality is excellent in both spiced and non spiced versions. They are quite a bit more expensive than other brands.

Far too expensive for the quality...
From the video on how they're made, the reaction of the host of the program, and Amazon reviews, I expected an experience -- markedly different -- from other premium sardines... I usually purchase Moroccan sardines from Costco. They are fantastic and half the price.These Portuguese sardines, in texture and taste, were less palatable than the Moroccan sardines. Even the olive oil was less flavorful. The "hot chili pepper" had virtually ZERO spice. It was almost tasteless. Soooo... I won't be purchasing any more, unless their price is reduced to 1/3 of its current price. Even then, I prefer the Moroccan boneless and skinless sardines from my local Costco.
